Your travel enquiry

SS Flights uses the contact details and travel requirements you provide to review your enquiry and contact you using your selected method. The full enquiry form is hosted at inquiries.ssconcierge.com.au. Submitting that form records your enquiry and its referral source in the customer management system.

Please do not include passwords, verification codes, payment card details or passport documents. Permission to contact you about an enquiry is separate from permission to send marketing.

Quick Scan and browser storage

Quick Scan saves the details you enter in this browser tab so you can continue without retyping. The website only restores drafts less than 24 hours old. Closing the tab normally clears this session storage; browsers that restore sessions may retain it. You can clear the site’s stored data through your browser settings.

Continuing to the full enquiry form passes your entered details in the link’s fragment to prefill the form. Review them before submitting. This handoff is not itself an enquiry submission. Avoid sharing a prefilled link because it can contain your contact and travel details.

Optional analytics and preferences

The website provides a choice about optional Cloudflare Web Analytics. Analytics is off unless you choose to allow it, and only operates when it has been configured. Your preference is remembered for 180 days; you can also clear it through your browser settings. You can change it using Cookie settings.

Cloudflare Web Analytics measures website visits and performance. The analytics setup does not intentionally send your enquiry fields. Browser storage used to remember your draft and privacy choice is separate from optional analytics.

Policy details awaiting confirmation

The privacy contact, full list of service providers and overseas disclosures, record retention, access and correction process, and complaint handling process must be confirmed before this becomes the published business privacy policy. Hosting and enquiry systems may process technical request information; their exact retention and enabled notification integrations also need confirmation.
