What does the A$499 cover?
The A$499 Priority Concierge fee covers one personalised Business or First Class search for your agreed travel request and passengers, comparison of options, booking coordination and WhatsApp contact during business hours. Flight tickets are separate.
Are savings guaranteed?
No. Your route, dates, cabin, flexibility and availability affect what is possible. The concierge fee is separate from the flight price, and a suitable option is not guaranteed.
Can I use my existing points?
Your concierge can explain how your existing points could contribute to your trip, subject to availability and the relevant programme’s conditions.
What if I don’t proceed with a booking?
You’re free to decline the flight options. Nothing is booked or finalised without your approval. The concierge fee pays for the team’s time and research; completed research is non-refundable if you decide not to book.
What if I cancel the concierge service?
Refunds depend on the work already supplied and costs incurred. See our cancellation terms for details, including work not yet supplied and applicable consumer rights.
